Free Personal Grant
People seem to be under the assumption that personal grants are a myth, that no-one could actually find any entity that would agree to providing grants for individual persons – the idea is rather difficult to wrap one's head around, considering the fact that personal grants in general are often used for rather mundane things: keeping up with the bills, fixing up the house, and the like. All of these supposedly to help a person stay afloat until he or she can get back on his or her feet. In this context, a free personal grant is not necessarily so free after all – there may be some whispers and rumors all around that there are “truly free personal grants”, hand-outs that won't cost a thing, but this is simply not possible. In this case, the majority of the people have the correct or, at the very least, logical assumption.
This logical assumption is, of course, the one wherein a person shall be considered for or allowed a free personal grant in the sense that he or she will not have to pay back the resources that have been granted to them provided that they file a proposal or application – the application being, of course, not quite free. Still, it is quite worth the effort.
